Refund Policy:
- Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Orders that have been canceled before processing.
- Orders with errors on our part.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the purchase with your order details.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Please note that depending on the payment gateway, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Return Condition: For a refund to be issued, the returned goods/products must meet the following criteria:
- The items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- The goods/products must be in good condition, without any damage or signs of use.
- The packaging should be in its original condition and the original shipping container, as it was received.
- Damaged or Used Goods/Products: If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Lost Shipments during Return Transit: Please note that Composite Printing is not responsible for any loss that may occur during the return transit of your items
